Received an envelope?

Someone has sent you an envelope

If you've had an email from SealedIn, someone who knows you has sealed a message for you — a letter, photos or a video — to open at a moment they chose.

Is this email genuine?

SealedIn is a UK service run by Rabblepop Ltd (company no. 17361712). Our emails come from hello@mail.sealedin.app, and their links go to sealedin.app. We never ask you for a password, bank details or payment.

If you're not sure, don't click the link in the email. Go to www.sealedin.app yourself and log in with your email address instead.

What happens next

  • If it says something is on its way: the sender has let you know early. You'll get another email on the day it opens. Until then you can see the date and a countdown.
  • If it says it's ready to open: open it now, from the button in the email.

How to open it

  1. Press the button in the email.
  2. Enter the same email address the envelope was sent to.
  3. We'll email you a six-digit code. Type it in. There's no password to remember.
  4. Choose the name you'd like to be called, and your envelope opens.

It's free. You'll never be asked to pay to open an envelope.

Why do I need an account?

So that only you can open what was sent to you. Your account is just your email address; the code proves it's yours.

How did you get my email address?

The person who sent you the envelope gave it to us, so that we could deliver it. We use it only to tell you about envelopes sent to you and to let you open them. Read our privacy notice
