We use your information solely to operate the SealedIn service: delivering your envelopes on the dates you choose, sending transactional emails (verification codes, delivery notifications, reminders), and processing credit purchases.
3. Content storage and security
Your content (videos, photos, and text) is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Content is only accessible to the intended recipients after the delivery date you set. We do not access, analyse, or use your content for any purpose other than delivering it.
4. Payments
Credit purchases are processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to operate the service (e.g. email delivery via Resend, payment processing via Stripe, infrastructure via AWS).
6. Data retention
Your account data and envelope content are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to deliver scheduled envelopes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
