1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SealedIn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
SealedIn is a platform that allows users to create time-locked digital envelopes containing videos, photos, and text messages, which are delivered to specified recipients on chosen dates.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use SealedIn.
4. Content
You retain ownership of all content you create on SealedIn. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and deliver it to your specified recipients on the dates you choose. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use SealedIn to send content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Credits and payments
SealedIn operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs and are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law. Credits used to schedule an envelope are refunded if the envelope is cancelled before its delivery date. Credit balances do not expire.
7. Delivery
We make every reasonable effort to deliver envelopes on the scheduled date. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by technical issues, email delivery failures, or recipient availability.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled envelope at any time before its delivery date. Credits used for cancelled envelopes will be refunded to your account.
9. Limitation of liability
SealedIn is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SealedIn after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
